OK, helping a friend out here. He's trying to figure out what film from the 70s/early 80s has a recurring joke where a big gangster mumbles his lines and the small guy next to him translates, i.e. "The Bull sez youse guys gotta get out of here."
I'll admit it's vaguely familiar to me and he's a little hurt that I don't know the answer (we tend to be on the same wavelength). And so I turn it over to you kindred spirits.
