Exactly. "Oh wow! Dave had sex with other women before he got married! We're all doomed!"

Please. In other parts of the world, the extortionist wouldn't even have tried this stunt because no one would have cared.

I think that's the biggest problem I have with this story.  We have nothing that even implies anyone was forced or manipulated, etc.

I do however think the bit about extortion is seirous.. and creepy.  What the hell is going on at 48 Hours that they couldn't sort this out *boggle*
