LOS ANGELES, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rentrak Retail and Home Video Essentials, business units of Rentrak Corporation (Nasdaq: RENT), today announced the Top 10 DVD sales and rentals for the prior week based on estimated consumer spending.
