Why is my freezer not defrosting?

Can't figure this one out.  My freezer (attached to my refrigerator in my kitchen) gets a lot of ice build up only in one spot.  It's at the bottom of the ice maker where the ice pours out, and the top of the tunnel in the door (where the ice flows through into your cup).  Ice only builds up in these two spots.  I usually get a hot towel to help break the ice off, otherwise after 4 or 5 days it will cover the tunnel completely and no ice will come out.  I don't even know where to start to fix this, other than the manual to the refridge.  Any ideas?

Steve,

There must be a flow of (relatively) wet air at that spot. If that place is in direct contact with air in your living room (or kitchen, wherever your fridge is located) that could be enough to cause it. If air can leak through any door to that place (while it shouldn't) then you must make sure it can't.
The ice that's building up often opens doors by pressure, making it quickly worse. But the real problem is in the first phase, after cleaning, when it starts to build.

The air might be going up the the tunnel from the hole where you put the cup for ice/water.  That's where it builds up.  I'll check that out, thanks!
