Official Review and Official Discussion threads have a special and unique relationship. And the "reply" feature should almost never be used in a Review thread; rather a "reply" to a Review should automatically go to the Discussion thread.
And this would be a nifty feature: have replies to the Official Review comments go to the Discussion thread automatically. It would make it easier to incorporate review comments into the discussions. It would also help avoid the occaisional goof, as I've done, where you reply to a review forgetting you're in the Review and not the Discussion thread.
