Personally, I'm looking at the Taxi seasons for $16.99 a season and the individual volumes of Streets of San Fransisco's going for $21.49.
The prices seem to be similar to what they would go for in most decent sales, so if you are looking now. They are a decent buy.
Shipping appears to be $1.99 for the entire order. So if you purchase several it's not too bad.
