My wife was doing finances in Parallels when the MacBook Pro spontaneously reboot itself. She didn't notice any data loss with the finances.
Back in my account, I connect my iPod to sync and iTunes tells me my iPod has purchased music not found on my computer. Which is impossible unless data was lost from the computer. I had upgraded songs to "plus"; it saw the originals on my iPod and copied them back over.
So...should I run some utility on my computer? Is there a sane way to check for data loss? Random reboots scare me.
