I'm glad this is coming out (finally in widescreen). More curiously though, why is Anchor Bay releasing it? Wasn't this a Sony production?

Looks like Anchor Bay's gotten a deal with Sony- They're also putting out Happy Birthday To Me (which Sony released on DVD previously but messed up and used a print with temp-track music), also the 80s classics Spring Break and Hardbodies.
Where The Day Takes You was one of the first laserdiscs I rented- a store near me had a pathetically small selection and I don't know why they carried this but not tons of other movies. Didn't think much of it, but might pick the DVD up if the price is right.
