Questions about Tom and Jerry Spotlight Collections

I was wondering if I were to buy the Volume 1 and 2 sets from Amazon new today, would they contain the original discs or the replacement discs?
 

Is there a way to tell the difference?
 

Also, if they contained the original discs is the replacement program still active?

I bought the volume 1 set last month from caiman via amazon,and it had the replacement discs.
