I have the Pioneer VSX-919AH-K receiver, it states that it has Analog to Analog Video Up/Down Conversion
and Analog to HDMI Video Up Conversion, so if this receiver has these abilities built into it, shouldn't this VGA to 3 Male RCA Component cable work for my attempt to go vga out of pc into receiver, then out of receiver into my hdtv, or monitor to give me a highest quality signal from my PC?
They say that this cable will not work from pc out, but I am thinking it doesn't usually work because what it is going into doesn't have these converters built in.
Here are the links to the cable and receiver.
