I have a Panasonic SA-AK66 CD stereo system 5:1. Okay now i have a 12 inch subwoofer. I want to put the sub oon this system. Pleeze respond if u have any idea. The system has a subwoofer output and i hook up the sub but nothing happens.....helppp

Looking at the manual on that system, it doesn't look that it does any sort of bass management whatsoever. Meaning the subwoofer output would only be active if you hooked up a DVD or BD player to the 6 ch analog input, it would pass the sub channel through. But otherwise it doesn't put any signal there.
If you want to use the (assuming powered) sub more generally, it would have to have speaker level inputs, that you would wire in parallel with the left/right speakers. E.g. from the system's L+ to the sub's L+, also wire L+ from front speaker to that terminal (or output if the sub has it), and similar for the - signal and the right channel.
