Just Purchased Panasonic BD60 now need a new budget receiver??

As i said i just got the new bd60 and i am trying to figure how to not spend much money on a new receiver.  I like pioneer and they have both the 519v-k and the 819h-k that i like.  I am wondering though if the 519 will allow me to play the truehd sound decoded on my bd60 or if i have to get the 819.   Also what other features seperate the 2?  I feel like the 519 should work fine right, and for the 100$ i would save its worth it to me to decode the sound on the player??  Any help would be awesome as the people at best buy haven't a clue...Thanks in advance!

Difference might only be ~$80 if you catch the right sale.
I think the main feature differences are:
- 3rd HDMI input, handy if you expand in the future
- ipod USB input w/ on-screen GUI
- satellite radio ready
- more advanced auto-calibration/equalization

None of these are absolute must haves, but if planning to keep it a long time (receivers can run forever, I used my last Pioneer for 10 years and I replaced it for lack of inputs/DTS rather than it breaking), it might be worth it in case you can make use of one of these things.

TrueHD decoding doesn't matter since your BD player does it.

As Stephen said it looks like both receivers accept PCM via HDMI so your BR player will work with either one. Here's a comparison chart. Not any great differences betwen the two. The 519 doesn't have any front a/v inputs. It also looks like the 519 might not have DTS Neo:6. That would be a bummer for me but maybe not for you.

Edit: Well, D*mn!      It looks like the link didn't work. Oh well. Looks like you gotta go to Pioneers website and find it.

 Thanks guys!  I think i might end up with the 819 as i have a 360 with the hd-dvd add on and it does not decode true hd, albeit only a few movies have the truehd on hd-dvd but for long terms sake ill probably spend the extra 80 or so.  Thanks again!!

 Went with the 519 in the end, as i don't need the ipod feature and best buy reduced their price, which along with a coupon i had i got it for 180.  Would anyone recommend a service plan on this?

Never, ever buy service plans on electronics.  They make a ton of money on these things == very bad gamble for you.  They are betting stuff doesn't break in the window of past mfg warranty, before extended ends, while you are betting the opposite.  Electronics almost always break fairly immediately or after their lifespan is over, so you lose a ton on average. 

Save insurance for stuff that could bankrupt you, like your house burning down, auto liability, medical etc.

Some credit cards already provide extended warranty coverage, for free, if you buy it on the card.
