My wife and I visited World Wide Stereo today, Took along my Mirage 360 (14yrs old) and went into their sound room and the salesman Dave hooked them and we started to listen to 5-6 brands of speakers, brands were Energy, B&W Klipsch and Jamo. after t hrs of trying a few models of each brand I felt the best were a pr of $1000 Klipsch, and a close second were according my wife and even the salesman sort of agreed, I wear a hearing so I am not a good judge in this matter, we went back and forth with the Jamo 680 and some others and ended up with the Jamo 680, we got them home and I connected them up and it did wonders in the room. they were on sale and even if they cost $200 more my wife still likes the 680. they told me to try them for 30 days, if not happy we can return them , really I went the in mind to listen the Energys, but they only has the real small ones on display. I wonder how the bigger Energys would stack up in sound with the Jamo 680. my buddy has a set of Polk polk rti-35's he wants me to try, maybe I will try them and see what happens.any comments on the listeners with the Jamo 680's
