Don't think there's one with both Netflix & Pandora.  LG is the only other with Netflix.  Which problems were you concerned about?  I think any player you will see many problems reported on the internet, people tend to post when they have issue they want to solve, & not so much to say "no problems, everything's fine".

Sorry I don't have the player so I can't testify for or against.

Were they all frustrated for the same reasons?  I think the main reason to avoid a product is if many people complain same exact problem, that indicates design flaw, with company taking long time to acknowledge/address issue and maybe not admit at all.  If complaining about different things, it's not so clear, it could be random sample defect, user error, or some other thing.

As these things get more complex, sometimes there is more people to possibly blame.  Like problems with Netflix can be because of router, ISP, Netflix servers/encodings themselves.  Same with TivoHD, some people complaining, but mine works fine almost no problems with the Netflix.

Nope. The 3600 is the only one with both Netflix and Pandora AND 7.1 analog out.

I would agree with Stephen in the sense that people write a review more often to complain than to say how awesome it is. I sell them all the time and the only complaint I got on it was it freezing during fast action DVD's. But that was only one person. I think it's a great player. I don't own it, but I hooked them up all over my department at work and all of them work perfect.
