Hi Friends,
Am a new member here. I'm going to buy a Philips 37" HD Ready LCD TV (37PFL3403/98). It has both HDMI and VGA inputs.

My PC also has both HDMI & VGA outputs and supports up to the maximum resolutions which is supported by the TV.

Should I use HDMI or VGA port to connect my TV to thePC, if I want to enjoy a HD movie? Which will give me the best quality for HD A/V? Please suggest.... ... ...

You may need HDMI to view protected HD content (like Blu-Ray).  VGA does not have the built in security required.
