SONY DA4ES Center Channel

 Hello,  I am new and yes I ran a search but was unable to locate anything that could help me.

I have been having a problem with my Center Channel,  there is almost no sound coming out of it it is almost like it is on mute while all other channels are working fine.  When I do a test tone it has a odd noise compared to the other speakers.

I took it in to ABL Service in Madison Heights, MI because the receiver is still under warranty.  They said they "UNLOCKED" it and I need to read my owners manual.  Needless to say when I brought it back home nothing was fixed.  

I have tested 5 Center speakers all with the same results.  

I don;t know what I am more mad about,  the center still not working or the incompetent service provided. 

Can any one give any insite on the Center Channel not working?

Don't know if you are still around but my guess is that the center channel speaker is set to [no] in the setup menu.  Make sure it says [small]
