I have been looking around for some time wanting a HT. It will be used for games, TV, movies, and music. I want it to sound good but i know i cant afford great also i will need it to be fairly loud when needed. I have been looking at alot of HTIB but i am not sure that is what i want/need. I was thinking that i also wanted it to have an HDMI repeater but am not sure about that. The JVC TH-G41 and G51 looked good to me but i already have a PS3 and xbox 360 so the DVD player is not that necessary. I am open to building a system for the ground up but i really am only looking to spend about $500.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
