Shilling Allowed Now?

Thread Starter
So in the new drive to monetize HTF, is blatant shilling allowed with dummy accounts used to post new threads/comments purely to "talk up" new TV shows or films? There's some quite clearly dummy accounts created to push a new show called "Nite Tales" for example.

I'm not a moderator or anything, but I feel safe in saying of course not. Spam is insidious and hard to stop. THe HTF staff and Huddler folk might not be aware of all of it. Did you report the questionable posts? There is an icon on every post to report problems including spam.

Brian,

Please do us all a favor and report those specific posts to us.

I will do a search now in an attempt to find the posts you are referring to.

Every post has that little ! in the lower left if you need to report something hinky!

Edit:  Looks like that option goes away if you respond to the thread, odd!

Sorry about that, guys.  Definitely a bug.  We'll get a fix up for that ASAP.  In the meantime, if you do reply to a thread and then immediately want to report a post, refreshing the page should bring the "Report Post" buttons back up.
