Region Zero, NTSC DVD, PAL DVD, BluRay, Etc. - Wanted

It took me forever to get a DVD player that would pay both NTSC and PAL DVDs from every region. Now I would like to add BluRay with the ability to play NTSC DVDs, PAL DVDs, and BluRay discs from all regions. Anyone know of a player that will fill the bill?

FWIW the TV is a new Panasonic TH-58PZ800U, so hopefully the player would be of equal quality.

I think there are 2 current possibilities:

Momitsu BD-899

Apparently the new Oppo 83 has a mod to make it region free
