Hmmmm they been averaging 4 to 6 months between releases I think you see a oct or nov release date for christmas buying season .I just glad cbs seem committed to releasing the complete series

Actually, the studio had been releasing them quite regularly. We saw three seasons released last year, for 2008 and that CBS/Paramount had been releasing the sets about 4 months apart from each other. We should have received reports that the ninth season would be coming soon but there aren't any news report on the ninth season.
Since studios announce releases coming out two months in advance, the Ninth Season announcement is behind schedule.
I just hope we don't get that idiotic packaging they used for Walker Texas Ranger Season 6, 24 Season 7 and their other releases. The standard DVD case with the flipper pages.

Well I be happy as long as it release I'm not in love with the cases cbs used on mannix and canon , but hell its better any no more jag, you can alway re case them latter I want more Jag any way I can get it
