Please use this thread to let me know where I can find a list of the 12 entrants.  If I can find out in the next day or two I'll set up a contest with a DVD prize package.  Otherwise, we wait until American Idol next January.

Thank you very much for that link!  That should make it possible to put something together over the next few day in the way of a quick HTF TOP TEN CHALLENGE..  It's interesting that there will be 13 house guests this time and that only 12 have been announced.  The article says that the 13th will be someone from BB's past and that this won't be announced until July 7th.  Actually, that gives me a chance to set things up so that people here can enter between July 7th and July 9th, with the cutoff being 8pm EDT 7/9/09 (for obvious reasons).  Let me put something together, and edit my previous announcement so that members here know what's coming (assuming that the new software cooperates.)

Not really liking the Survivor rip-off twist, and if that mystery houseguest is anyone but Dr. Will I'll probably dislike that too. Either way, I need my Big Brother fix!

Ok, I suppose there are a few others I wouldn't mind seeing besides Dr. Will. But actually Janelle's not one of them.

The referenced promo material from TV Guide (thanks to Dheiner) indicates it will be a "familiar Big Brother face."  Here's hoping that it's a familiar Big Brother body.

I'm currently working on the Official Big Brother 11 HTF Top Ten Challenge Thread with all the particulars and as soon as it's up I'll amend the "announcement" at the top of this section to reflect its availability.  Basically, the same format as usual (with full information for our new friends here at HTF 2.0) and a DVD prize package for the eligible top place finisher (for the new people: Staff and significant others of the HTF are not eligible for prizes - only the glory.) The only think that I think that I'll drop this time because of the time constraints is the request for members to add a placeholder if interested.  I'll deal with all the data input next week.  The only possible fly in the ointment is that I'll be on the road next week and my fingers are crossed that internet access will be at least bearable.  I'll manage.
