HELP!!!!!!!! need help with this

hello everyone i am new to this and wondering if i can get some opinions GOOD OR BAD on a system i am wanted to put in my basement.here is the list of i am thinking of going with

3-B&W CT7.4 SPEAKERS FOR LT CENTER RT FRONTS
2-B&W CT12SW NON POWERED SUBS
1-B&W SA1000 1000 WATT SUB AMP
2-B&W CCM816 IN CEILING SPEAKERS FOR SURROUNDS
1-B&W CCM746S IN CEILING SPEAKERS FOR REAR SURROUNDS
3-B&W BBC6 IN CEILING BACK BOXES

1-ROTEL RSX-1560 7 CHANNEL 1000 WATT AMPLIFIER

1-VUTEC 110" MOTORIZED screen


also i have some i am selling and wondering what it would be worth

2-KINEMA BLACK LAQUOR TOWER SPEAKERS
1-KINEMA BLACK LAQOUR CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER
2-JAMO IN CEILING SIDE SURROUNDS
2-KINEMA BLACK OAK REAR SURROUNDS
2-JAMO 10" POWERED SUBS
1-HARMAN KARDEN AVR 645 RECIEVER
THEY ARE ABOUT A YEAR OR SO OLD

What don't you like about your current system? What are hoping to get out of the new system? B&W and Rotel products are starting to get into the higher end equipment (in terms of name brand). IMO, an Onkyo or Denon receiver would do just as good a job as the Rotel (not sure what you can buy locally). As for the speakers, do a lot of auditioning (with the movies and music that you enjoy) and buy what you like.
