PS3 Media Server for Mac

This looks very interesting, but I am not quite sure I follow how to set it up (or how it works.) I would really like to give it a try and was wondering if any Mac experts on the Forum have used it and can comment on setup, performance, ease of use, etc.

no ps3 in my house. just a wii and xbox 360. sorry.

I do Netflix, iTunes and BluRay, my PS3's used only for the latter (and games too!). I have no real need for video distribution...
