I recently acquired a Samsung LN-T4671F from a family member, my first HDTV. When I put in a dvd it's hard to explain but it looks like the film is low budget. We tested Star Wars III on it and the detail and picture is fine, I notice things in the movie I haven't before, but something about it makes everything look like bad animation. Is this something I'm just not used to, we have an HDTV in the living room, not mine, it's a Sylvania so not the best but it works, and when I watched a movie on there it was fine. Maybe there is too much detail, my friend also agreed with me on that statement after he watched a Blu-ray demo at a store. My equipment is Onkyo DV-SP502 dvd player and TX-SR703 receiver, hooked up by component video.
Thank you.
Thank you.
