I just got the klipsch ultra 2 and was wondering if i should get a reviever or seperates? and any suggestions for which one would be good for them thanks

The Klipsch speakers are efficient, sensitive designs, so a receiver should be able to handle the power requirements unless your room is unusually huge with seating very far from the speakers. What to get depends on what budget & features you are looking for, like top notch video processing, pro calibration capability, # inputs needed, network features etc.
