Is MARKED FOR DEATH (May 2009 Fox repackaged) anamorphic?

Dear dvd aficionados,

Has anyone bought the 2009 Fox re-release of MARKED FOR DEATH (Steven Seagal) ? I've checked the back cover but it only states wide screen 2.35 aspect ratio. Could anyone tell if it is anamorphic because the old 2002 version isn't?
