Took delivery of a Sony Bravia 52 W series last Friday and just wanted to mention that I'm getting clouding/backlight issues.
On my set, there are 3 to 4 areas which are affected and completely distract the view whilst watching dark scenes at night in a low light atmosphere. Spoke with sales rep today and was told to 'expect' this from LCDs?
No thanks, when you pay almost $4k for a set I do not expect to see this sort of problem. After doing my research on the internet, it seems evenly divided re this issue on this model. Some get it, some don't.
I will be requested a replacement and will update my post in due course if anyone is interested?
