1) Shows that are still ongoing or finished: Waiting for price drops or for new seasons to be released:

.....and now for the catagory that angers and depresses me.

2) Shows that appear stalled or abandoned:

Murphy Brown (Warner......WTF are you waiting for?)
The Equalizer (Still hopeful on this one...Simon & Simon used to be on this list too)
The Drew Carey Show (Again Warner......WTF?)

I know for a fact that these two series will never see further DVD releases. The companies involved in bringing them to DVD have cited poor sales as the reason, as well as music rights clearance issues for King of Kensington. The first season of King of Kensington was in the discount bin here for $6.99. The King release was pretty bad. One of the episodes even lacked closing credits.

The second (& last) series of "Ned & Stacey" please.

A whole mountain of abandoned TV series! What ever happened to taking care of customers, are all these big media outfits run by accountants now?

What are the chances of these shows turning up on Blu-ray? Don't hold your breath.

Well if they're going to just give up on some of these shows, they should just say to hell with it, and release complete series sets on BluRay.
