The Old Dark House (1963) rights holder?

Dear Guys:

I'm trying to track down any information on the 1963 version of The Old Dark House starring Tom Poston. I checked internet movie database, but I didn't find anything too useful. Does anyone know who owns the rights to said series: Warner Brothers? Twentieth Century Fox?

It was a Hammer production?

Columbia owns it. Rumor has it that a William Castle box set is coming this year but there's no information on if it will just contain the old titles or all of his work.
