Currently I have a samsung 46b650 tv. The home theater that I will be purchasing will be connected to an xbox 360, comcast hd box, and I will be streaming from my computer through hdmi, so it has to be able to decode from hdmi, no pass-through. These are the ones that I am currently looking at:

Samsung ht-as720st
Blu-ray matching home theater system HT-AS720 - home theatre systems - home theatre | SAMSUNG

Sony SS2300
HT-SS2300 | Blu-ray Discâ„¢ Player Matching Component Home Theater System | Sony | SonyStyle USA

Yamaha
YHT-590

My main purpose will be bluray movies followed closely to music. Which one do you recommend?

I think I'd go with this one:
Amazon.com: Onkyo HT-S6100 7.1 Channel Receiver and Speaker Package: Electronics

I'd go with the Yamaha just based on rep. But really, none of those is going to sound that great. See if this one fits your needs. Onkyo 5100/$299. It's a factory refurb but comes with a one year warranty from Onkyo. It's also available in black for $319.

Edit: The 5100 is a switcher. Bummer. Guess I'd go with the Yamaha.

None of the systems you listed will decode the lossless Dolby TrueHD or DTS Master Audio formats found on Blu-Ray discs. They all basically just decode the lossy DD and DTS formats. In order to have decoding of the newer formats you are going to have to go with a system such as the Onkyo HT-S6100 that another poster mentioned. It's going to run you around $500-$600 though. However - you absolutely will NOT be disappointed in the sound.

well what I am planning to do is run the movies from my htpc. By video card can send pcm through hdmi which these 3 home theaters can get.
