Need help on selecting right home theater for movies and music

Hello Everyone,
I am currently in the market looking for a home theater setup to compliment my lcd. I have the Samsung 46b650 btw. My main intention for this setup will be movies but I will also do some music here and there. The living room this will be setup is kind of small. It about 10ftx16ft. Its going to be connected to comcast hd, but the all of the movies and music are going to be coming from my computer. I will be running hdmi to my lcd from my video card. The downside is that my video card does not support audio through hdmi. However, I have a X-FI titanium fatal1ty version. It has optical out which I believe I can use for hd.right? I currently have a lot of lossless music in my computer that I would like to stream to the setup I will purchase. All of the movies that will be displayed will be truehd audio. I was reading somewhere that I can use the x-fi soundcard to decode the truehd into lpcm and then transmit to a receiver. Mainly my main focus is sound clarity. My budget is about $1000. I will rather purchase everything from BestBuy because my brother works there and he gets employee discount. So any recommendations would be appreciated. So far some people have recommended the yamaha rx-v563 receiver found here:

the klipsch synergy quintet 3 speaker set found here:

and for sub the klipsh sub-12:

what do you guys think of this setup?

I can also do a setup purchased from somewhere else. But the budget would drop to about $600.

I would try and onkyo receiver. I have the 605. it works great for me. I can use opitcal, coaxl and rca cables. does your dvd player have analog? you can get sound from that.
there are alot of choices to use.
