With The Fast and the Furious 4 racking up a winning gross this weekend, I took a look at the first in the series, and found it to be a great looking release, possibly even outshining its HD predecessor.
Color are crisp with full rich tonalities, black appear rock solid, and even high energy action sequences make it through without digital problems.
The Fast and the Furious, both the film and the Trilogy boxed set from Universal are a very satisfying, problem-free release.
Recommended.
