A friend of mine recommended this band to me a few days ago, knowing that I'm a big Smashing Pumpkins fan, saying that their styles are similar. I half-agree with that assessment, but they're definitely more upbeat than the Pumpkins. I've quickly become addicted to "Lazy Eye" and it looks like they have a new album coming out this month. The first single, "Panic Switch," is up on their Myspace page and although it didn't hook me quite the way "Lazy Eye" did it does featuring a maddeningly addictive riff so I'll definitely be picking up the CD. Anyone else a fan of these guys?
