I've had this Toshiba for about 8 years and it's been great. Last week while watching a movie the left speaker started crackling, then went out entirely. I took the front cover off to expose two speakers (aren't their supposed to be four?). I removed the left speaker and checked to see if a wire was loose. It didn't appear to be. After I tightened the speaker back into place, the left side was working again. Today the same thing happened but after the left went out I simply touched one of the speaker mounting screws with a screwdriver and it began working again.
