I caught the season premiere tonight after the new "South Park" (I'm never watching that show on April 1 again).
Big cast shake-up this time around. I think Deputy Frank Rizzo as the super-corrupt cop with a long resume but no recommendations was an interesting addition, but Dangle's new second in command was merely irritating.
The biggest loss was Johnson and especially Garcia. I wouldn't have minded swapping Kimball out for Rizzo, but losing Garcia and Johnson fundmamentally changes the feel of the show.
