PARIS, March 30 (Reuters) - Oscar-winning French composer Maurice Jarre, who wrote the music for films including "Doctor Zhivago" and "Lawrence of Arabia", has died in Los Angeles at the age of 84, media in France reported on Monday.
Jarre, whose lush orchestral scores gained him Academy Awards for "Lawrence of Arabia", "Doctor Zhivago" and "A Passage to India", had more than 150 credits to his name.
