It's to be part of a vintage TV westerns "smorgasbord" release from Timeless Media.
Michael, the "dustiest" looking TV cowboy I've ever seen was Jim Davis in the mid 1950s series "Stories of the Century," a/k/a "Matt Clark, Railroad Detective." In this series, the fictional Clark interacts with real historical figures of the Old West. It was produced by Republic Pictures' TV arm and actually won one of the early Emmy awards. Thirty nine episodes were produced over a season and a half, and it's out on DVD from various public domain releasing companies.
