The Missing "Gunsmoke" Season Two Episode

In "Gunsmoke: Season Two, Volume One", Paramount accidentally put a season four episode in place of a season two episode. I was wondering, did they ever offer a replacement disc or make any mention about it? I would like to fix this problem, but I can't do it without them, obviously.

I would hate to have all twenty seasons MINUS one single episode!

I believe Gord and Dave informed them about the problem when it took place, but nothing was ever done by Paramount to fix it. Maybe they were thinking of doing that when they get to the season where the wrong episode was from? Of course we can't even be sure at this point if they'll ever get past S3.
