how do you screen grab?

How do you go about saving a single frame from a movie trailer? Or anything that's not a jpg? With a pic you just right click and save. But with a movie trailer or clip you can't. Does it need to be run through some program? It seems like a lot of people on here post frames from movies all the time. Just curious how it's done.

Thanks.

Re: how do you screen grab?

Just do 'save as' in Paint and change the save as type to JPEG.

How do you screen grab? First you firmly grasp the monitor edges with both hands, then....oh. Nevermind.
