final cut. but to be honest, other than the working print, the 3 cuts on disc1 are so similar (to me) that it doesn't really matter... but for what ridley scott now intends, i'd go with final cut.

give the 10 year old a few more years so u can wrap his head around it. there is a lot more abstract ideas that teens will get more than a 10 year old will. i'd get him started on reading the original trippy book if he's up to it =P. 10 is perfect for reading SF books.
