There are a few properties in my area that are going up for sale/auction because the owners are deliquent on their property taxes. The auctions will start with the amount of the owed property taxes. right? I've never been to one of these auctions before and I am wondering what to expect.
I also heard something about Upset Bids, which after googling, I am still not sure I understand completely.
