Velodyne SPL-1500R: Any info on this sub?

I am considering this for my first sub purchase. I have a Denon receiver AVR-2809CI and I will also be in the market for my first 7.1 suround sound system if you have any suggestions.

Good choice. The SPL has the room correction with microphone and handy remote to adjust settings. This will make the set up easy and get the best bass sound out of the sub with out too much moving, messing with settings and room treatments.
