Zane Grey S1 Coming

So says Gord and TVshows on DVD but no date iet, I only have vague reminiscences of the series when I was a kid it was on sunday afternoons here. I have heard its fantastic. How's VCI's track record when it comes to quality releases?

Overall, VCI is a very mixed bag when it comes to their releases. However, there two most recent TV-on-DVD releases, "Burke's Law" and "Honey West" (also part of the Four Star Productions stable) were very solid and I'd expect something similar for "Zane Grey Theatre."

I glad to see this is still a viable release. But why does the cover read "Zane Grey WESTERN Theatre" I wonder? It's always been referred to as "Zane Grey Theater" with the last word spelled in the conventional manner and not with an "re".
