Older Disney titles.

Disney's done such a good job with BD right from the start. Anyone know when they will start to visit some older live-action titles like Tron and The Black Hole? I know the latter isn't exactly worthy of restoration work but I suspect some may be required to get it up to HD standards. Actually, just a cleaned up print and removal of the wires from our weightless actors would be good enough. Oh, and maybe something could be done to balance out the audio effects. They always seemed too loud and jarring compared to the rest of the audio in the film.

This reminds me of something I've been curious for a while now-- Anchor Bay's release of The Black Hole back in the early DVD days featured the "overture" set against a star field. Disney's DVD has a title instead. It has been so long since I've originally seen this in the theater, I do not know which version is correct. I hope it is the star field because the title is just plain dumb.

Re: Older Disney titles.

A remake/sequel of Tron is in the works, so I guess we'll see a Blu when that arrives.
I'd really want Mary Poppins and 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea on BD, they would look fantastic.
