home theater system

Hello,
After doing lot of research and posting several times in the forum, I have deceided I want to go with a complete home theater system in a box. Do you all have any suggestions for 5.1 system - I am willing to spend upto $dollars. I want to get a system which has a good AV receiver with it - with atleast 4 HDMI inputs and other component connections.
