I just purchased the Audyssey package (Dynamic EQ and Dynamic Volume etc.) for my Denon AVR-3808CI receiver. After starting the update, the GUI just stays at "please wait. authenticating" and the display on the receiver stays at 1/14 progress. It's been this way for about two hours and Denon is closed for the weekend. I don't want to power it off and risk damaging anything, so I'm basically stuck. Has anybody else experienced this problem and, if so, what did you do to resolve it. Thanks
