Maybe I just haven't found the page describing all the restrictions but i'm curious how they work.
I have made some forum posts already. Some of them seemed to have been moderated since they took a while to show up. Other ones seem to show up right away.
I have posted 2 or 3 times in a thread where I was quoting a part of a previous post but my posts never seem to show up even after many (12+) hours. I'm getting a bit frustrated having to type the same post over and over. I understand there are special rules for new posters but i'm just wondering if somewhere they are explained?
It seems that somehow only my quoted posts are blocked or at least moderated. It seems that I can't send PM's either. I was going to PM a mod to ask about all this but it seems I can't do that.
