About 4 years past, I used "Misty evening grey", by Baer, to paint my screen. I guess Baer has dropped this color. Any substitute for this you may know of?
Much thanks, Chuck
That color is very "old school". Are you looking for a light gray? The best paint color for your screen depends on your projector, the paint colors of your room, and whether or not you have an ambient light problem. The DIY Screen section at Avsforum is loaded with info. I used True Value's "Winter Mist", which is a neutral light gray.
If you are happy with that color then just take a chip of the paint to Home Depot or Lowe's and they will match it. No paint goes out of date as long has you can get back to the original formula.
