two recievers suggestion

Hi guys, I'm new here but I'm happy to find this forums with such information and knowledge.

I bought a 5.1 speakers set, is the KEF KHT3005SE but my reciever is old and after upgrading my dvd player to a blueray, I saw that my reciever couldn't decode neither DDHD and DTSHD.

Now, this speakers are for my bedroom, so I was looking for a good reciever but mid range and after a long research I found that my best options are:

Denon AVR-1909
Harman Kardon AVR-354

So my questions or if anyone can help me to choose the better one are:

- Which are going to fill better the speakers I bought.
- I know that Harman Kardon specified wattage are more real than any other "comercial" brand, so how about Denon, are the 90watts per channel in 7.1 true? and HK 75watts per channel in 7.1 too?

In summary

Pros of the HK 354 are: GUI in all video connectors, ipod dock, the wattage specified more real than the other brands and preamp connectors.

Pros of the Denon 1909 are: if the wattage is "real" then thats a pro, Audyssey Dynamic Volume and Dynamic EQ and HDMI conversion without any problems for PS3.

Thank you everyone for your help.

Re: two recievers suggestion

Don't get too hung up on the wattage. The difference between 75 and 90 is so small you won't hear it. To me Audyssey is a big plus for the Denon.

Another one to look at is the Onkyo 606.

In the end, it really won't make much difference which of these you choose. They all should meet your needs nicely.
