Previous post shows solution but I need the steps to fix using remote only
I set it up, and it had an American plug adaptor for the European plug so all fine and good. After connecting cables to my television and audio gear and turning it on, it seemed to default to the PAL mode, but I need to change it to NSTC. But the picture from the DVR just rolls and is unreadable, so I can't read the start up menu to change any settings. Surprisingly, putting in a NTSC disc, it plays fine Can someone help me getting it to the NTSC system.
